A QR code decoded on screen is a first check. Also verify the destination and the material actually used.

  1. Give each QR code a clear action: “Register”, “View the programme” or “Save the contact”.
  2. Add a readable address or alternative contact and essential information on the poster.
  3. Check public access, dates and any sign-in requirements for the form or destination page.
  4. Test a printed copy at final size, then decide who will maintain the links after the event.

Does Qurl record registrations?

No. Registration happens on your website or form service. The QR code contains its address without sending responses to Qurl.

Does the QR code add an event directly to a calendar?

This journey uses your event page's link. Calendar event export is not offered in this version.

What should I do when the season ends?

If you control the destination page, you can explain that registration is closed or publish new information there. Keep the address active while old materials circulate.
