Publish an identifiable, current brochure
Show the validity period, catering options and conditions you wish to communicate. Host the PDF at a reading address and check that no management account is required. Keeping the same address lets you replace the brochure without changing the QR.
Create the PDF document QRPrepare a clear enquiry
A second QR can prepare an email with a subject such as “Catering enquiry”. Ask customers to specify the date and guest count in their message. They choose whether to send it in their email app. Confirm availability and the quote separately.

The final details
Before sharing the display.
A QR code decoded on screen is a first check. Also verify the destination and the material actually used.
- Clearly distinguish “View catering options” from “Request a quote”.
- Remove old brochures when their prices or conditions no longer apply.
- Check that the PDF opens from the printed brochure and keep the contact readable.
Good to know
Before getting started.
Does the QR guarantee a date is available?
No. A brochure and a prepared email are not a booking. Confirmation depends on your conversation and the ordering service you use.
